Good evening everyone, making this log to keep myself accountable and track my progress! I am currently on an aggressive cut to 180 to shed off as much body fat as possible before I go into a growth phase. Looking forward to the future!

Great workout today, first time introducing HGH started this morning. Unsure if its placebo or not but during my workout my skin felt extra tight. Also using a new workout scheme pyramiding up to a top set on the 3rd, then a dropdown set on the 4th. Pump feels amazing, shoutout to Conman for introducing me to a new way to workout.

Good evening everybody, hit my hamstring focused leg day and felt awesome. Thinking I need to maybe add one more exercise for my hamstring focused workouts. The reason I don't have very intense leg days is I'm not really going for a massive leg look, as I mainly train for aesthetic purposes. Maybe I should add another? Not sure what are your guys thoughts. Hamstrings felt great after my workout and made my 20 minutes of stair climber after even harder. Another awesome thing is I hit all of my rep ranges on all my sets so its time to up the weight! My diet has been a bit shitty this week. Still counting my calories just not my usual foods. A bit shy posting my weight that I'm pushing right now as I have lost A LOT of strength cutting from 240 so aggressively.

Morning fasted weight: 194
Sleep: 8 hours with one wake up 30 minutes before my alarm went off for work. I snoozed which I shouldn't have.

Good evening everybody, I did my pull focused workouts today with a friend. I did not follow my traditional routine and we did his instead. It was an alright workout, I just don't really like deviating away from my own stuff as all my workouts are tailored to me and my mind muscle connection. So it didn't feel like I hit it as hard as I usually do as I did A LOT of new movements. I'll just post my normal routine for the training. I also did not do cardio as the workout turned into two hours instead of usual one. Tomorrow we hit legs!

Had a great leg session today and some great sleep as well. Woke up feeling refreshed even though I had to interrupt my sleep due to a mishap somewhere and I had to go and handle it. Didn't really like the food I ate today I was lazy and made some plain rice, chicken and broccoli, two protein shakes, and a ninja creami bowl. Clen was really having me feeling a type of way in a good way today whilst doing cardio. Was able to do 45 minutes on level 7 without holding on the rails. After that I sat in the sauna for about 30 minutes and about to go bed. Totally random but I need to get rid of my leg hair I have so god damn much.

Sleep: 6.5 hours straight.

Late Friday post had somethings come up with work and college classes and was a bit to busy to do anything online as I went to bed after my workout. We hit an upper 3 day focusing on some of my favorite muscle groups. Not much to be said, I am definitely feeling the HGH my skin feels tighter, and sleep is definitely improving. Veins just pop feels awesome. Definitely will be a staple for me from now on. Hoping to hit 180 by end of January. Thanks for reading!

Good evening everyone. Had a great push day today and I will be looking to up my weight for 3 of the workouts as I completed all my rep ranges with relative ease. Dropped down my calories by 300 as I noticed as I was stalling losing any sort of weight the last week. Cardio is going great as well. Another awesome thing that happened was I hit my precut top set on my incline bench at 194. I was repping 245 for 8 at 235. Now I'm 194 doing it, feels awesome. Meals were just chicken rice broccoli, a morning shake, a yogurt bowl, and some ground beef with scrambled eggs and a smidge of cheese thrown into it. Forgot my spoon so I had to use a piece of cardboard lmao.
