Here you guys go, 11 week outs. Two weeks out from the state show, weight is around 230lbs. Holding very well, and gettting much leaner the last week. Something is going right. Dont know what, cause this past week was hell, with the hospital stay, and home life, has been turned upside down. But, Im pushing on, and going to try my best, to get my NQ back for Jr.Nationals
 
I think you look great. A little flat in the pics, but that doesnt matter right now. Conditioning is coming in.
 
thanks guys...Need to tighten up the hams and glutes some more...but overall for the state show, I think I will be ok...

yeah im very flat actully, I tried to take in some carbs before these pics, but still I was flat. Im actully carbing up all day saturday, to see where Im at once Im all filled out. :pleased:

Well for the next couple weeks. My training partner and I have decided on more intense sets but lower volume. The reason we decided on this is my stress levels are very high and prob. somewhat catabolic right now. So the goal is to hold the muscle, but get leaner. Im sure now that im in a catabolic state, I can get leaner, but also flaten out and loss muscle right now to. So Im actully gonna add in some fats, keep the protein high, but carbs pretty low, except around workout times. (pre and post) Also, on wends this week, im gonna have a carb up meal in the evening (around 100-150) then on saturday. Im going, to have a full carb up day (around 500) then carb deplete on sun-tues. Then carb up Wends, (heavy) then lower them thurs and fri...(thats the plan for now, could change depending on my body)
