Yea, it doesn't make much difference how you chop it, dice it, mince it or whatever, it's still the same unfortunately. I tried doing that a few years ago. I just had to gorge myself to the point where I'd almost throw up from looking at the food. Eventually I just cut back and said the hell with it, but I'll have to start eating a lot more soon so I might be in the same boat as you again. I know it isn't the same, but I drank a lot more shakes throughout the week to kinda make up for what I was losing
I've basically added 700 cals to my diet. first 2 days was fine, last night i felt like i had to shit all night, woke up hungry, but now full. Its going to be a ruff week.
