Best/Strong points of body?

i feel you bro, i am 6'3 and my upper body is enormous, and no matter how hard i try my legs are simply puny.

best: entire upper body

worst: legs and abs (goddamn love handles)

if anyone has any good excercises for love handle reduction, it would be much appreciated...

you can't really exercise to reduce fat in a specific area because fat doesn't spot reduce. your body taps into your fat deposits all together, you can strengthen the muscles underneath but not burn the fat on top. genetics also plays a role in where you carry your fat stores. do cardio and reduce your calories.

I do.
I just have high lat attachments, and it limits the amount of size I can put on. My attachments on all other bodyparts are ideal. It's just my luck really.
 
I'd have to say my strong points are Back, Legs, Shoulders and triceps, and weakest is chest, it's a pain in the ass for me :angry:
