a few guys in my gym have been doing them everyday... there was a write up in last months MD about cedric m saying when he had issues growing he hit them everyday... so these guy are trying that lol
Dude Ill give it a shot myself. Im almost at 18 but it has been a drudgery. I have been doing twice a week. One heavy and one super high volume blood saturation day.
i tried that, but still no luck. i got those long swimmers arms with high bi and tri attachments so even if i had 20' guns they'd look like 18s.
sucks too cause big shoulders and back make them look even smaller
