ive been trying to do some different type of cardio instead of treadmill or step mill. i did martial arts for 9 years and thai boxed for 2 years. lately ive been hittin the bag 20 minutes after every workout.. do you think this could negatively efffect my recovery of my upper body. im not blasting the bag, just 30% strength, going for more movement and motion than anything, trying to really tighten my core up
