two slices wheat toast w/ cinnamin an splenda, 2 cups oats, 6 whole eggs.. that should get me ready to train in hourand half! what u guys throwin' in the ol belly this morning?????

One cup oats .. 4 eggs . Doubt if I could eat two cups in one session . Have a good workout man
