Every time I train chest later in the day my pecs want to cramp up like a mother fucker.. None of my other body parts never do it... Maybe I'm overtraining my chest.. An thought guys ???
no idea, kind of wierd its just ur chest brutha, i would say drink more water but other body parts should cramp as well if it was a lack of hydration, so i have no idea why this would be
i've noticed that since using igf for pecs that mine contract much harder than before....kinda the same feeling i get when i'm chewing food and my face/cheek muscles chomp down and get pumped after only a few bites
