I did 60 minutes of cardio this morning, Legs this afternoon, followed by some posing this evening, and I’m starting to tighten up.

I dropped the Carbs a few weeks ago, but have only been doing 60 minutes of Cardio every other day. I’ll do it daily now the rest of the way and increase my Protein a bit,
you need to cut carbs to almost 0 like 20 30 and get 2 hours of cardio bro
