Competitors what's your last week look like?

As I've said I have a bunch of friends from National Level to Pro Level and everyone seems to have a very different strategy. Some cut out test completely 3 weeks out, some run at least a gram and Anadrol up to the day of. Some cut sodium 5 days out then load up before prejudging. Some cut carbs to 25g a day for 5 days then the day before start to massively carb load. Some cycle water with up to 3.5 gallons a day then only sips for a few days. Some use aldactazide, some dyazide, some lasix. A couple don't do shit, but pop a couple dyazide and preparation H on lower back, glutes, and hams!!
I think I need to hire someone near me perhaps. I was even told to cut out IGF 10 days out?! Now that's just crazy talk! That's the nectar of the Gods!! At least MC is.

I think I've told you most of my little secrets, the loading water up to Friday at 5 the day before. Cutting sodium the Monday before, Super Dieter's Tea the night before, diuretics the last couple of weeks. Cut test (long ester) 2-3 weeks prior. If I am using Prop, I'll run it up until, tried both and like prop pre-contest better with tren. After weigh ins on Friday night, I'll carb up and use some hgh and igf to get my weight up. I've weighed in Friday night and been 10 pounds heavier in the morning and completely full and looking totally different.

Your approach is new as well. Forgive me, my memory is for shit now and will only get worse. Most use diuretics only 3 days or less prior. I also think that prop (with Nolvadex, Proviron, and Adex) right up to the show would be a great idea. I think I did that last time, but couldn't get Proviron. I also always used to carb up after weigh ins and planned on using a high dose of IGF to help. These other guys are carbing up on the Thurs before a Sat prejudging. That makes no sense to me and sounds like a recipe to spill over. I guess it all depends on the specific pharmacology involved. I'm freaking out about this and it isnt helping that I can't remember what I'm told 2 minutes after I'm told!

Some people need sodium some people spill over from it.
The hardest part about bodybuilding is figuring how your body works and responds to different things.

Another thing with the diretics make you super flat so you have to be real careful.

That's very true, I use caffeine, vitamin c and b as my diuretic and it's not let me down yet and certainly works. I'm not sure if it's much different than anything else out there as this is the only form I've used. I was turned onto this by a competitor and it's always worked so I figured why change a good thing.
