age 27 height 6'3" weight now 272 by january 250 or less
this will be my first bulker i was 325 last january and im sick of using a.s. to preserve muscles on a low calorie diet , i did a winny,prop,fina cutter and lost 38 pounds and no strength and got my body down to maybe 20%. I look alot better have gained some muscle but i want to gain alot
50mg bd dbol weeks 1-5
1G qv test e weeks 1-16
50mg bd winny weeks 14-18
i have nolva, clomid, and liquidex
diet will be 5000 calories a day 500 grams of protein , 60 percent from food 40 percent from whey
2 gallons of water a day
6 days of weight training and no cardio until week 14 then one day of low intensity cardio week 14 15 16, then 3 days of low intensity cardio weeks 16-18 and on until i drop the water and extra pudge.
