Cycle / Diet results, Day 23

First time ever running a very strick diet on cycle.

23 days today

Started at 13%BF. Diet is egg whites, oats, pwo shake, 92/8 burger, tuna, chicken, rice, greens, water, and thats 100% everything.

I'm getting 350 grams of protein and calorie deficent by 500.

After 23 days I've gained 8lbs., lost 2 inches off my waist, and am at about 11%BF. Vascularity is coming on very fast and I'm not holding hardly any water at all, actually feel like I've lost water since starting.

I've ALWAYS done bulkers before but I'm starting to see another light. Its kind of nice to be able and actually see muscle gains without having to confuse it with bloat or fat.

I'm no-longer convienced of 2 things since on this diet / cycle......
1. You can't gain muscle mass by being calorie deficent.
2. D-bol and enthate make you bloat
 
Ya as long as your carbs are low you won't hold much water,only cheat days.

Funny you said that after 9 days I took my first Cheat and did it BIG. The next morning I looked Asian as my face was swollen and eyes slanted. Day after that I pissed about 30 times on just a couple waters.

OH YEA, Btw I take 25mgs. ephedrine and 200mg. caffine, along with some green tea extract and other stuff when I wake. Then repeat after PWO. This may also help alot with not bloating. Can't wait till I start the AI when the enth. starts coming on.

Thinking of finishing up with 150mg. prop ed., 100mg. inject winny ed, and 5mg. Inject Mthyl-tren 2x day, for the last 6 weeks before the 300mg. cruise What do you think?
 
I always try to lift the day after a cheat/refeed day. The pumps are insane!

still wondering if its a cheat meal or day????????

I'd rather it be a day because the way I eat 6 days a week I can't hold down much cheat calories in one setting. Not sure if I'm getting enough cheat from one meal in other words.

let me rephrase.

at cheat MEAL OR a refeed DAY

it will take me an entire day to refeed on carbs. Some are clean, some aren't. But im an ectomorph so I can get away with it. I prefer refeed days cause I eat more and dont feel sluggish compared to cheat meal of an entire large pizza or similar.

beware, refeed days give me gas BAD. ill go from 200-300 carb up to over 600 sometimes. rice, poptarts, cereal - anything with carbs. Dunno where the gas comes from, but beware.

yea, Im interested to hear too. Refeed days were my favorite days of dieting. And being an ectomorph I got to do it more than most could get away with.

no shit lol i havent had a cheat meal in a week and a half. Im gonna have some home made enchiladas tomorrow night though. Ive earned it 6 days of cardio and no missed meals. Im excited :).
 
I've been going uber clean since november. Tonight I am going to cheat for the first time... my roommate is bringing back fast food. I'll probably end up shitting myself..

update........

I'm at about 9-10% now. I got on an AI at the same time I dropped the d-bol so The scales are no longer going up. So far at the end of week 6 I've gained about a net weight of about 13lbs. and lost about 3-4% doing it. In one week my dosing changes to.

week 8-14
prop 700 / Enth. 300 / ace 700 per week, ED pins.

I'm also going to up some calories for the ace advantages. At week 14 I'll keep the enth. at 300 and cruise for awhile.

I'm very very happy with my results on this diet. I also found out that the bigger bulker orals (bol &drol) are pretty awesome when used for cutting and want to gain some muscle while doing so.

I'm hoping the tren will act as though the d-bol did as far as still gaining while not eating much. I'm def. already prepared for spring already. With the thick long sleeves shirts on I'm hiding alot of gains but already look pretty Vasular and thick naked.

This diet sucks for strength gains though, they have been very small to none. Pumps are awesome though and still gaining. Might be in part to switching to high intensity, high volume lifting also.

Cheat meals are now all day long but I still keep it clean with beef, chicken, fish. Diff. is now I'll throw in some cheese, turkey bacon, bread, mayo, skim milk, salad dressing, ect., and other decent things I don't get the other 6 days. But I'm not getting into crazy fast food meals or anything because I don't trust the protein/fat/carb sources like that.
 
Good to hear its going well man thanks for the update. Definitely like your way of cheating also keep it healthy but enjoy it as well good job man.
 
i'm about to do a similar cycle and thought about keeping myself in a caloric deficit, but i decided to stay at maintenance and just adjust my macros. 50%p, 35%f, 15% carbs. I will have greens with every meal and then fruit preworkout, gatorade during workout and some milk pwo for my carbs.. hopefully i can get similar results!
also, i am going to implement a high (clean) carb day every 3-4 days depending on results...
