Hi guys, back from competing for the weekend, I came 4th in the NABBA N.Ireland out of a line up of 16. First place was well deserved as the guy has been bodybuilding over 20 years and had his condition nailed along with thick muscularity, it was pretty close for the rest of the field and given that I was by far the most inexperienced I am quite pleased.
I came third in the WPF Ireland show and am absolutely disgusted, I came in even drier and harder the next day the standard was not nearly as high and I felt like I won easily but there was far too much politics in the show and very strange judging, I will never be competing there again.
I have no pictures as yet, I left my girlfriend in charge of taking pictures and I now realise technology and her do not mix. Hopefully some of the other guys got some decent photos.

Thanks bro, it has just made me even more determined I got a lot of good tips from the guest posers and athletes on the trade stands which definitely made it a worthwhile weekend anyway.
