Down fall !!!

If you had one down fall in bodybuilding or weight training wat whould it be..

For me it's my diet and a little famliy support..
 
A good training partner! I had 1 for a few months and made the best gains during that period but then he decided to stop training!

I have a hard time finding one myself bro.. there is a young kid that wants to strat training with me today so we see how long that last..

My gf's brother has just joined the same gym as me so we are going to start training together but we have different training styles. I do low reps 6-8 for 3 sets on each exercise but he likes high intensity doing 10-12 reps and supersetting.

Im going to give his way of training a go as every recommends changing your training technique every once in a while.

Im not looking forward to supersetting everything mind..... serious pain and burning!
 
For me it's gotta be diet, if I can forcefeed myself I'd be good, but I can't do it all day every day
 
Yea a training partner would be nice on certain exercises, but I wouldn't want them there the whole time
