I used to eat two servings cream o wheat or oatmeal with 4 to 6 eggs of protein shake in a.m. an hour before workout. Now that i started cardio a.m. before workout guys have said to do cardio on empty stomach. I started hgh appx 3 weeks ago i took 2 ius in morning first wk, 3 second week, now 2 ius a.m. 2 p.m.. My question is what's you guys advice, eat the carbs and protein still before or go empty? cardio i know is great a.m. empty stomach but how bad will workout suffer from energy? try to lean out some but show in in July.
