Getting ready to do the 2012 NPC Easterns on Nov 10th. Took some time off since my last show which was the 2010 NY Metropolitan when I was 19 yrs old. I did very well for only having 8 weeks to prep right after my first season playing college football. 1st place for teen division and 3rd place for open light heavies. I never knew had to diet or train like a bodybuilder just did the basic strength lifts for football. I joined a gym which was a bodybuilder friendly gym and I was hooked from there. They told me I had a great build for it and could do great so with the help of the owner and a few people including presser I did good. I had to take 2 years off because of the military, work and also recieved a real bad lower back injury which had me out of the gym for awhile but now that is fixed and I am ready to finally have my first bulk phase leading up to my show. I recently finsihed a 6 week PCT cycle about 4 weeks ago so I have just been resting to give my body a break before I hit this really hard. These are pics of me the past 2 weeks.

We're going to have to work on your picture posting skills Brutha lol. You look Realy good though for not being on anything and as soon as you start eating your spinach I'm sure your going to blow up nicely! Great potential especially considering how young ou are!

Training split

Mon-chest n tris/abs then 20 mins of cardio
Tues-back n bis
Weds- legs and calves
Thurs-shoulders n traps/abs then 20 min cardio
Friday-bis, tris and calves
Saturday-30 min step mill w/abs AM empty stomach
Sunday-off

*always warm up on treadmill for 10mins

This is going to be my training split for my bulk phase. Focusing on arms, back and calves big time. What do you guys think?

Well since you asked,lol, I would definatly split your legs up into two seperate workouts, hammys and quads. So I would choose either quads, or hammys on Wednesday and then do the other part of legs on Saturday before you do your 30 min step mill.

Im not saying theirs anything wrong with how your doing it now, but i personaly prefer splitting up legs and think its extremely beneficial especialy when your young and growing like you are, the concentration on one part of the legs at a time will realy benefit you.

Again your way is not wrong, but you will surely benefit from splitting legs up way more then if you were to do them all in one workout, i dont believe legs were meant to be trained in one day, they should be split up between quads and hams.
 
okay that's what I was doing but thought 6 days training was to much press. Would u mind sending me a split and I sent you a PM earlier today

well Friday your doing tris and bis again, so i dont think you need to do your bi and tri twice a week, i would do either hammys or quads on friday and the other half of legs on wednesday, and keep the rest the same.
 
I know Zeus has done IGF on calfs...he has gotten crazy results with it...
 
Has anyone applied igf to there calves and how we're the results?


My calves were my weak part and I started using IGF in them about 2 years ago off and on. They have come waaaaaaaaaaay up and are no longer a weakness on my physique. I highly recommend MC IGF.

i cant see ur ever having weak calves,lol, those fuckers are huge!
 
I also use IGF on my calves. After your first couple times doing it, you'll have no question as to how beneficial it is.
 
good luck, yOU HAVE ALOT OF POTENTIAL AND CAN DO VERY WELL. hope you actually go through with the show.funny i thoughT u finished your pct bACK IN JANUARY WHEN U HAD THE PROBLEM WITH THE HCG.
