So I've been back at the gym for about 2 1/2 weeks now and have been mainly using machines, but decided to hit incline bench press today and realized that I could barely hit 135lbs for 10 reps on my 3rd set. Holy crap, this is embarassing for me. I remember just a couple years back hitting 275 for 6-8 reps on a regular basis. How does everyone get through this period? It makes me want to run a cycle.
