Feel flat, small, and blah.. Help

7 weeks off and feel and look like shit. I'm doing low carb, high cardio again because I'm leaving for a cruise on June 30. If someone can find a time of day I can add some carbs (any kind) that might help pep me up a bit, I'll literally be your best friend.

Diet past 3 weeks. Robotically Monday-Saturday

M1- 10 egg whites 1pc ww toast

M2- 2 scoops whey in water 1 tsp peanut butter

M3- 9oz chicken breast w sweet potato

M4- 9oz chicken breast alone

M5- 2 scoops whey in water no peanut butter

M6- 16oz ground chicken plain w 1 tsp (yep teaspoon) hot salsa

Only Supplements is BCAA before morning cardio and a pre workout. I have 2 bottles of Cyber M1T on hand, was told 50mg a day with a clean diet and cardio might be my 4 week fix...

This was the best I looked this year taken on April 25th. Wasn't winning any trophies, but I was content. I don't look like this no mo :/

You can always add a cup of oats to M1 or M2. That should help out a little bit and still give you enough time in the rest of the day to burn the calories from it off
 
I could. Thanks WV. I was thinking of adding maybe 1/2 cup of jasmine rice to meal 4 which is my pre workout meal
 
Any carbs you can add to your preworkout meal would be good and help give you some energy to get through the workout
 
If you don't have time or don't want to eat oatmeal, grind that oatmeal up and put in your shake at meal 2, it's a great way to add in good high quality carbs without spending the time to eat them.
 
I don't eat my oatmeal anymore, I drink it. I put it in a cup, use hot water to "cook" it, then pour the hot water out and pour milk in there and drink them. Much faster and it's easier to down 1-2 cups than trying to eat it
 
Completely agree I don't see how in the hell people eat oatmeal, especially a lot of it. I grind it up into basically flour & drink it too. Easiest way in the world to get an extra 300 clean calories!!

I was just gettin ready to recomend oats. You need to have good complex carbs esp 1st thing in the morning. Nothing works better than oats for filling out those muscle bellies
 
I will give the oats a shot. They're a staple in the winter when I try to add on some size, but I always feel like they make me bloated? I'll try to add them to my shake in meal 2 and see what happens. Thanks guys

if oats dont work..then try cream of wheat...Im a fan of that, cause I get less bloat from it..but oats are great for dieting, and having more fullness since it last longer...cream of wheat is faster acting, and hits ya quicker but dies faster...but less bloat, IMO
 
Yea, I'd have to agree with Chris, Cream of Wheat will work also. I feel in love with farina a few years ago and actually ate so much of it I'm kinda scared to go back to it, but Cream of Wheat is a good alternative
