what kind of high protein foods should i start eating when i start cutting next week?.

its oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast

grilled chicken in whole wheat wraps for lunch

dinners is where im stuck? im thinking rotation between baked chicken, steak, salmon, swordfish, shrimp, sushi, chicken sausage, turkey burgers.......need to add some other items!
 
Chicken, lean red meat, fish, turkey...You'll get sick of it, but you'll lose weight. In a 20 week diet leading to a show, I went through over 150# of chicken, 50# of red meat, 20# of turkey and under 10# of fish. I got severely sick of all of it, but I was lean as hell and looked great IMO. There's only so much you can use. Try grilling your chicken for something different. Beef Jerky is a good protein snack throughout the day as well. And low fat popcorn is a good snack also. It'll help you out tremendously to have little things like this on hand. Also, unsalted nuts will go a long way, but they will get expensive.
