I feel like I'm spinning my wheels lately trying to put on more weight. I seem to have reached my limit and can't find a way to push through. I've added more to my cycles, but I'm not getting much of an increased benefit from it.

What has worked for you guys when you hit a wall on your gains? Do I need more calories, more carbs, more gear?
 
I dunno my trainer is mean so I'm not allowed to gain! :) What are your stats OX and where are you calories now?
 
This is what you do. For two weeks, write down everything you eat and drink, and I mean everything. At the end you will be able to look back and see if you are eating enough, and enough of the right things. You are more than welcome to send the info to me, after the two weeks, and I will help you out bro.

That's a VERY generous offer OX. It would be silly not to take him up on that, the man obviously knows what he's doing!
 
all you need to do is just write it down, what food you eat and drink. Dont worry with figuring how many calories, proteins, carbs, and fats etc... Just keep it simple.
