Hardly a Newbie
Well 2 months ago i was weighing about 232 in the afternoon

Today after cardio, i know i did cardio shoot me now please. Im 235 no food on an empty belly

I would say ive put about 4 solid lbs on. My bench has gone up at least 20 lbs. I used to have trouble with 265x1, got 275x3 yesterday.

And im clean. i feel so good

and while we are on the subject of cardio i wanted to ask u man i started doing cardio recently and i don't know much about it first if i wanted to do and hour is there anything wrong with cuting it into half hour segemnts and doing ab in between (it's boring )?
second question is there anything wron with doing intensiv cardio and lifting heavy at th same time (o they cancel out )?
i think i aleay have the answers but some one i repect crtisised them and i wanted to make sure .
 
best quads, the way i do cardio is interval training, ill get on teh bike and set the watts at 100, then i go up every min by 25 watts. IM only on the bike 20 min, and im done
 
well i set my bike to ranom her it varis from uphill down hill and flat and keep the rotations at above 85 (uphill lol )usally 100RPM
i do an hour 30 minutes on and 30 minutes after doing 100 machince crunches but then agian i have a whole day for nothing but abs and cardio .
 
yeah i do my abs, mon wed fri, and cardio tue wed thr

I just feel that im not getting anythign out of cardio after 2o min, tue and thur i play football so thats my cardio. i feel pretty good about what time trying to accomplish. I just want to cut a lil fat off the gut so i have all 6 abs showing. diet will b key. I just wish i had some shorter arms
