Well have to say training and eating has been on point this past week. Workouts have been. Hardcore to the max, intensity set after set. Lots of sets to max failure, and rest paused, dropsets, and supetsets. I feel like I'm going into next year on a high note. Phase 2 of prep, will start after the first of the year. Not sure if I'm doing state or not. Main reason is you don't need your NQ, to do master nationals. So I might just put my focus on that, and see how it ends up. What do you guys think? Do state show in April, and keep diet up to end of July? Or just focus on master nats?
