clen is a great diuretic. better than aldactone imo. that's about all it's worth, compared to DNP.
my idea- cycle DNP 2-3 weeks 200-300 mgs, off 7-10 clen, 40 mcgs, on off days, til I hit 120. Should take up much of the summer, which will be a hot one. Good thing the air conditioning is in my room. DRINK YOUR WATER if you're going on DNP, especially in summer, and keep your thermometer handy at all times! ALWAYS have water in your hand on it!

I love me some toooookillya. That used to be my nickname when I lived in NYC. I used to do shots like the guys and drink them under the table. And I weighed 110.
Sorry that's off topic. In other news, clen certainly seems to be my diuretic of choice. I've had....um......a lot of vodka shots and I'm peeing constantly. So for that, clen gets my nod of approval. To hell with Lasix my friends, clen does the trick. I'll definitely stick to clen on my days I'm off DNP.

NO LOL! silly! I got drunk last night and tonight in honor of my best friend who died tragically 2 years ago today. I NEVER drink. And I'm off DNP right now. I don't cycle back on it til the 19th. I would never drink on DNP. If you read my thread you will see I'm completely anal retentive about following healthy DNP protocol.

And to you lurkers, DNP accumulates in your system, so it takes a few days to get out of there. I wouldn't drink unless I knew I was in the clear. Tomorrow any vodka left gets tossed down the drain. Do NOT drink or do drugs on DNP, EVER. When I cycle back on the 19th it will be supplements and monitoring of vitals constantly. I will stress this again, as I have before, DNP is not a drug to be taken lightly. Because my sides are minimal does NOT mean yours wouldn't be. Everyone responds to things differently. This is just my own personal log.
