How do you train arms?

For the last couple of years I've done triceps on my chest day, figuring that I'm already using triceps heavily in my pressing exercises. Then I do biceps on a day by themselves. But, I'm thinking of doing bis and tris together for a while and seeing how it works.

How do you guys train arms? And if you train them on the same day, do you do one then the other or superset them?

I rarely train arms at all, my arms are better looking than my chest and shoulders so I decided to slack off on them. I did a bi/tri day a couple weeks ago for the first time in years and it felt great so I may start doing that once a week.

I do chest with bi's and calves. Shoulders with triceps. Doing it that way warms up my elbows and tendons and has worked well.

I work arms on their own day. Usually Friday which I did do today. Like doing arms by themselves because I train Monday- chest calves, Tuesday-quads abs, Wednesday-back calves, Thursday-shoulders abs, Friday-arms, Saturday-hamstrings calves

Do you ever have problems doing quads the day before back?

I'm going to try them together for a while, doing tris first like you guys suggested. Thanks for the feedback.
