I never eat breakfast!

I wake up, take my stack (e.c.a) and cant eat until afternoon time cause im so wound up! anyone else have this problem, and i eat like 4 meals from 5pm until bed at night, that cant be to good either,lol,, i do most my eating in evenings,lol
 
Im just ot hungry even before the fn stack, grrr wish i were, i wish i could just have an intrvenious food drip hooked to me all day long
 
I also drink a lot more because of my eca's. I get so jacked up, it takes a couple shots to calm me down.
 
I serioulsy dont understand why scientist dont figure out a way to inject protein into the system with a good long easter. So you have a constant supply of 33 grams or so per hour for like a week.
 
Yeah a long "EASTER" WOULD BE BETTER THEN THE ONE DAY A YEAR THEY GIVE US,LOL
 
the easter bunny might know something about it...


I'm taking some crap called Tight Hardcore that's been working really well for me, it does curb my appetite a little bit but I still force myself to have at least a shake in the mornings and then I eat a small lunch and I'm not really that hungry until dinner and on

I have trouble eating in the morning. Over the last few months I started making a shake. I put 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 flavored yogurt, 2 scoops vanilla protein, creatine, glutamine, 10 ounces of water and a few ice cubes in the blender. It takes no time at all to drink. I just have a hard time eating in the morning.
 
Damn, I seriously never had a problem with appetite. I always have to limit myself or I'll be eating all damn day. As far as breakfast goes, I always rush to get it down, knowing I haven't eaten for hours. I'm finished with breakfast no more than 15 minutes after my alarm goes off.

You must have an incredible metabolism. I'm still in the shower fifteen-minutes after waking up and don't have any desire to eat... I like to hydrate early and drink almost a liter of water before I head out the door. Are you doing a shake or cooked meal that quickly after you wake up?
 
This morning I had a 2 scoop protein shake, poured half into my kashi cereal, and topped it off with a banana. Another breakfast I usually have is oatmeal, a shake, and 6 eggs.
 
I'm like you Presser, I dont eat much and not hungry in the morning. I always have
good intensions to eat a bowl of oatmeal and some hardboiled eggs but @ 5:30 in
the morning it is hard to get down. I have been slaming the weightgainer shake
the past week or so in the morning and I am starving by 9 am. It is weird that if
I force something early I am hungrier later then if I didn't eat. I could also go for
easter all year long!!! I have gained a few lbs with the Muscleteck weightgainer
but waist has stayed the same.

im the same way, but instead of fighting down a meal, Im trying to listen to my body more. I now dont eat until a few hours after Ive woken up. Its not worth feeling nausous everytime I wake up just cause I think I need food.

I think hydration is part of the problem that I have no appetite. I piss probably over a half gallon of water while sleeping and barely drink anything. It takes a liter or two and time for my body to absorb it all before I even think of getting hungry.
 
i never had a good appetite so i just drink a big shake in the morning and take in some waxymaize and head off to the gym, then after wards i am usualy really hungry..presser you should try that peptide saudes is always talking about that ghrp stuff, he said it made him so damn hungry...i am gonna give it ago once i am 100% again
 
Yep, that GHRP-6 stuff makes you so hungry you'll think of eating your hand off if you don't get something soon. I have never had anything compare to it. Combine that with some immense growth factor, and you'll be REALLY hungry.

On another note, Phil Hernon had a good philosophy concerning eating: Eat when you are hungry. Any more than that will make you fat, any less and you'll lose muscle.

Thats nice to know. Im the same way about not eating breakfast. Everything I read says it's the most important meal of the day. The word breakfast stems from break fast, or breaking the all night fast you've been on. I think missing breakfast definitely slows down the anabolic process, especially if you hit it hard the day before, but if youre not a morning person, it's a tough situation. I like to gorge in the evening myself.
