Whats up fellas this was the second time using igf and after messing around the first time and getting good results at 40mcgs pwt 20/20 i decided to step it up the sec time around. I have started a new job so my cardio is out but the igf is still keeping my weight and Bf down. i am doing 20mcg in the morn around 5am at breakfast then another 20 when i get hhome from work around 4:30, im in the gym by 5:30 home by 6:45 and then another 20/20 in the muscle just worked and shit has this been a great way to use it for me at least, with not eating so great i am still losing wieght and staying around 195-198 i am also 5'11 with around 12-13 % bf. for those with the time, and who use 80mcg a day i thought i would just post another way. if anyone thinks this isnt a gd way for health reasons pls give me some info. thanks fellas!
