I don't think so, but not sure it'd have any effect (if you aren't taking in carbs with the high fat meal). If you are taking carbs, I'd think it'd still get the carbs into the muscles and out of the bloodstream.
As for what to take during high fat meals, I read an article recently (can't remember where) that said taking Chitosan (a fat blocker) with high fat meals really does help. The article also touted ALA (for use with carbs), and suggested that (obviously) it's best to stay away from the high fat meals in the first place as a better alternative.
