I work out everyday. I don't use any supplements though. Just drink water and gatoraid. I woke up this morning and was kinda soar to lay on my side. Then noticed it was kinda hard to sit up as well. It feels like the pain is on the right side of my lower back. Would that be just from my Work out on the previous day? Is there anyway to tell if its your back thats giving you pain or your kidneys?
