Is there any specific ways to train the lateral head on your tries? Or is training tries just don't as a whole?
What I'm getting at.. Is could you isolate each head of the tri?

I think its just more proximal and distal tricep that u can focus on, and even that is up to genetics too. Nuk I was asking u if u had anything for your distal tri (on ur lat shrug post), but it just may be genetics, bc I used to be able to do a good amout (perspectively speaking) on dips, and behind the heads, and reverse grip, etc.. and the part closest to my elbow never grows =(

you cant really focus per say on individual aspects of the triceps. Best bet would be to work in exercises that place emphasis on one part more so than the other and find a balance. This way you can bring them up as a whole. Heavy dips, close grip bench, single arm behind head extensions, cable work...

So you say that extension of the arm will pretty much always use all three heads of the tricep. No matter what angle u do it at?
Ok il have to cOntinue doin what I'm doin.

not so much always, but all the muscles will contract to a degree...so no real way to isolate 1 specific head. When you contract or squeeze, all heads will get worked to a degree...certain exercises will utilize a higher % of one head vs another...

Oh ok... So I will need to find the exercises that use a higher % of the lateral head then... I'm sure a bit of trial n error won't hurt
