Does any weight lifter not have a love/hate relationship with leg day? I'm still trying to build leg strength/size without destroying my knees, so I'm doing pretty light weights. And I've added walking lunges with a barbell to my last couple of workouts and those things are killing me.
 
I'm always scared to death of leg day, but also excited. I always either squat or leg press very heavy. Afterwards I get an enormous sense of accomplishment, hell I should after squatting 455 for just under 20 reps. This week I'm going up higher. I don't do lunges anymore. I feel the stabilizer muscles are not able to keep up with quad development once you reach a certain point. So using a weight that works my quads almost always leads to a tweak in my stabilizer muscles.
 
I absolute hate leg days. I never feel like I do enough. Squatts deeds legs press and lunges. Every once in a while I hurt like a fees days later but like I said I feel like I don't do enough. I do focus on form and go light weight kinda nervous to hit the heavy weights!! Lol
 
I love legs because my best lift is the squat so it's always nice. I'm not as strong on them as I used to be, but I'm climbing back up quickly. I love heavy ass leg presses too
