well its friday and its leg day =) no one will be in the gym cant wait.
I foundout the legpress sled weighs 95 pounds too so I actually did 905 pounds 2 weeks ago not 855 so that def made me happy to hear. I'll be satisfied once I get to a grand I suppose, not alot compared to some of you guys but im paranoid with some injuries so it will be plenty for me
 
Man, stop qualifying everything you say with, "I know it's not a lot compared to some of you guys." 905 is a hell of a lot and you should be proud of it. If someone else says, "Yeah, well I can do more" then we tell them to go to hell.
 
i gotta say i love it when no one is in the gym on leg day... lets you go balls to the wall and pass out without looking like a crazy person

I love when the gym is empty for any workout. I hate having to worry about who is doing what and if what I need is open.

I love it to when the gym is mine to my self on leg days... Because the gym I go to only has tewntytwo 45 lb plates and when your doing leg presses you need all of them.. Thank god I don't do legs on Monday there !!! lol

really? I feel like everyone who has worked out as long as I have and around my weight does more, but I just started getting serious with legs this year, def good to hear though =)

hell yea, shit, i remember how pumped i was when i first pushed up 800 for a rep on leg press. Most people that do a shit ton on leg press have bad form anyways bro, watch em for a set or two, they look like 2 inch reps most of the time.

I totally love being the only one in the gym, thats why I get up and go at 3 in the morning, only a few stragglers and early birds then. Did legs yesterday and decided to do sets of 20 on squats , got 4 sets in and ended up throwing up in the bathroom. Love legs cause thats the only muscle that I feel completely exhausted when Im done.

Keep it up bro, if your pushing up 905 already and you've only been serious about legs for a year, a grand is just around the corner, then you get just go outside and find a vw bug to use, no need for a gym, lol.

haha thanks man and yeah its been like 6 months actually lol I used to just put 6 plates on and be content now im trying to throw something atleast modest up for someone who goes as much as I do
