haha no hard on ('the pants are pleated, I got them like this from the store, the pants store, dont act like your not impressed'), but thank u, once again just giving an update, I feel my arm look so flat that I had to measure it (obviously I just woke up so no blood to it yet) but it was surprisingly 17 1/4 completely unpumped
 
I was talking about that flag or whatever it is that's right in front of you in the first pic. Yea, take some pics when you're fresh out of the gym and you'll feel much better about the pics

post gym the stomach gets cropped out lol and leg pix lol I dont know when those will be coming, I have def made improvements but.... completely unpumped my calves are 16 and quads are 24 so fuck that haha
 
Im working on it brother, like I said I gained atleast 8-9% bf after my injurgery, and I have prolly come down about 4% maybe 5% so far, so im getting there, the last 3 months have been all the improvements

Do you just eat whatever, whenever, even if its good choices? Maybe actually getting a diet on paper and going by it, will speed things along. Let me know if you need help with it.

Im the worst dieter on this site.... =( I may need massive amounts of helpp bc im looking like this with pizza and cookies in my diet, and cereal, and margarittas
 
bring down that body fat and you would look alot better. Keep at it.

I been telling you this kid, you'll look sweet sitting at 185 lean. You'll look fuller and bigger too, with a tan. Your deff getting thick from the past few months with out a doubt. Traps like mean kid, keep it up!
 
I love to be 195 roughly, but I'm a couple inches shorter. I'm lean as hell right now and I'm having a fucking hard time putting on any weight whether it be fat or muscle, but I'm strong as hell for my size. You'll get there, you just have to find the right components in the equation to bring the BF down, but a stricter diet would obviously help, start slow and work yourself up
