Im actually going to the neurologist in like 30min. Guess I am going to tell him straight up what happened because he has to know that I might of clipped it by injection and its not just the muscle twitching for no reason. Its okay to tell him about IGF right? Its only stays between me and him?

Okay so I saw him earlier today. Told him eveything. He didnt know what IGF was lol. "he was like YOUR INJECTING INSULIN IN YOURSELF!?" I was like no "insuline-LIKE" and explained a little...Besides that he doesnt think an injection caused this. There would of been a lot pain involved. Guess I am getting this since I havent worked out triceps in months due to my injury...and I stopped drinking coffee

Yeah, Metal is just breaking balls, as usual. I did IGF in my triceps this morning, and I've got a weird tingling down my right arm now. Hopefully I'll work it out once I get my workout in. I don't want to be at the pediatrician trying to explain what IGF is.

Basically lesson learned. Be careful when you apply to triceps...Im just going to to subq from now on.
