my only T3 sides

Well, I am up to 3 a day and have started noticing that I am losing a bit in my chest, handles and face. The only side effect besides that that I can see thus far is the need to piss all of the time. I am drinking a couple gallons of water a day like always but havent been able to hold it down long at all.

All in all I love this stuff! .<
