HI team, here is a pic from today- I am 15 days out and starting to get weaker in the gym, especially with the lower carbs count. I was feeling a little under the weather today but managed to have a pretty good workout and cardio.
I am sticking this through to the end- I am just hoping I will pump up with the carb up- that's what is supposed to happen right, you fill out some more with the carb up after the depletion days? Thanks! Russ
