I'm starting back at an old job for the time being and will be lifting in the morning when I get off. It's going to be rough changing schedules like this, but I think it'll be good for my body to change it up. I normally train in the evenings and will be lifting now around 9-10 so this will be fun. I'm not a morning person, but I'll be awake for several hours before I go to the gym so that might help the transition
