Norm's Diet- please help!!

I just got off a week long cruise and ate just about everything in site. I was kinda chubby when i left, so Id say im just about whale size now. Im not so good with diets, Id appreciate any help i can get. Im not planning on taking any gear for a while. Id like to take a couple months off. I started 50mcgs of clen today. I plan on ramping up to 100 mcg per day and cycling it every 2 weeks.

Height: 6'2''
Current weight: 252 lbs
Body fat: N/A

Breakfast:
1 cup Quaker oats
1 scoop of protein
1 multi vitamin mix.

Lunch:
10 carrots (mini-pre skinned)
2 can of tuna mixed with 2 tbs. mayo and pickles.
1 apple

Dinner:
1lb of cod
2 cups of broccoli

Couple hours before bed:
1 cup of Quaker oats
1 scoop of protein

Workout:
1 hour of cardio. 130-135 bpm.
Light chest.

Total intake:
Carb 138
Protein 141
Fiber 20

bro, i know this is off the subject but i hope you arent eating 10 whole carrots...are you? if so, you are going to turn orange...lol...
 
no.. just those mini cut carrots.

I think my body fat is in the 20's....I forgot to ask one of the "trainers" to check it for me before i started my workout. Most of them dont have the calipers anyway, and they want to use those electronic b.s. meters. I do plan on getting it checked shortly.

If i didnt completely gorge myself on the ship, id be starving right now. Im actually a little sick of food still. So, we'll see how long it takes before the hunger pains kick in.

I also plan on not drinking any alcohol while on this diet. Well except for 1 night. We're going to the NIN concert next month. But thats it, till i get down till i get my body fat down to the lower teens. You guys have no idea how hard this will be.

That will have a huge impact. I remember a few years ago I was drinking wine every night. Anywhere between 1/2 a bottle to a whole bottle and I put on a lot of fat. By simply limiting my drinking to 1, or maybe two nights a week I lost a good bit of that weight without changing anything else.

I'm not much of a pro on the food part though, but good luck.

Im taking a break from working at bars. So it should be really easy. I've kicked the habit of drinking at home.

This morning i woke up pretty hungry. So i decided to make a big low carb breakfast. I just sharted, so Im going to try upping the fiber.

Supplement: 50mcg of clen.

Breakfast:
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup of egg beaters
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Quaker oats
1 cup of milk

lunch:
1 apple
1 scoop of protein
1 cup of Quaker Oats

Dinner:
1/2 pound of steak
cup of broccoli
1/4 rice

snack:
1 slice of muti bread
2 tbls of peanut butter
1 banana


Workout:
1 hour of cardio @ 130-135 bpm.
biceps and triceps.


Total intake:
Carb 96
Protein 105
Fiber 13

Try dropping the cheese, and adding 2 yolks to your eggs. Actually i think Krafy makes a Fat Free chedder and also mozzarella cheese, already pre shredded.
 
I tried one of those electronic Body fat testers today. The trainers swear by them, and nobody has the damn calipers anymore.

anyway, the test came back at 25.1% body fat.
 
sounds good... I like the cheese for flavor.

Im on a similar diet, and after about the first 3 days my energy went WAY UP! Some days the only carbs i get is from Fiber1 Cereal i eat a couple times in the morning. I try to get some simple carbs after my weighttraining at night, but not to much because i goto sleep about 2.5 hrs later. My bf has gone way down, and im stronger than i have been in years, even when bulking up! My weight is also holding good at around 235 to 240, and im on minimal gear atm...
 
After the hour of cardio, i didnt want to lift. I hate that feeling. I managed pretty good though. Now i feel like ass. I need to get some crap done with the house, but i've got zero energy.

I usually hit the weights first bro, then the cardio. or cardio right when i get up. Can be hard with wife and kids tho. keep it up...
 
i can't see how that low of calories is going to lean you up..especially since you'll be burning calories working out and end up with almost nothing.. i think your maintenance calories are around 3500. eating too little is going to put your body into starvation mode and you won't lean up.

i'd start with about 3500 cals (clean) and do 50%protein, 20%carbs and 30%fats. Try and eat real foods also. This year, i cut naturally from 17% down to 11% and only lost 5lbs using a similar split

Had huge hunger pains last night... sucked ass. Im sore, even though im lifting light... not really pushing myself. Im still sore from only doing 6 sets of chest on monday.

Yeah, last night i was starving. 3500 seems like a lot though????

I thought my diet looked pretty good......????
