I agree what have you been doing as far as calves go?, and how are you stretching them?
I do hit them hard, 3-5 days a week, but they really are not that small when you put the tape on them(18+inches). They just need to catch up with the rest of my body.

HMMM Maybe Synthold wouldnt be such a bad idea, I mean I never used it myself, but I know some top level guys who use it SPARINGLY in weak spots such as their calfs or rear delts ect..
And Im just throwing this idea out there, I have no idea what ur thoughts are on synthol, but if ur anything like me then ur prolly against it for the most part,. but i could see using it sparingly for a small muscle for a specific show
Ill give it a few more years. I would only consider using it if I made it to the top amueter level, and had a chance of going Pro. And thats a big IF, lol.
