I dropped down to 239lbs this morining. These pics were taken tonight, so im holding water, but whatever.
 
Nuk, man your upper body is just down right huge. there still is some difference from top to bottom...But overall its getting better. We talked about the water thing. So just try out a few things to see if that helps. Ovearll you look fine, and on track. once you get that water thing fixed up, you will be looking much harder than this to....

I did change some things for my cycle, right now. And six weeks out I will change it again. But right now its, Test, Dbol, HGH, IGF, Insulin, and Arimidex.

I do hit them hard, 3-5 days a week, but they really are not that small when you put the tape on them(18+inches). They just need to catch up with the rest of my body.

wow would not have guessed 18 inches, do u stretch the shit out of them? thats what I have heard, Im doin them twice a week now starting 2 weeks ago

HMMM Maybe Synthold wouldnt be such a bad idea, I mean I never used it myself, but I know some top level guys who use it SPARINGLY in weak spots such as their calfs or rear delts ect..

And Im just throwing this idea out there, I have no idea what ur thoughts are on synthol, but if ur anything like me then ur prolly against it for the most part,. but i could see using it sparingly for a small muscle for a specific show

Ill give it a few more years. I would only consider using it if I made it to the top amueter level, and had a chance of going Pro. And thats a big IF, lol.

Yeah I kinf of figured as much bro, but thought I would toss that out there, and like i said the guys I mentioned are top level guys so maybe they didnt touch it either until they made it, like ur talking about
