thanks man, next time I may do 4 45s and a 25 on each side on the hammerstrength, or maybe in like 2 weeks, today I added the 10 on each side bc I have been doin the 4 45s per side for a little while now. My body is telling me the dumbbells are easy, but my tricep is saying fuck u il snap again if u try more right now... weird feeling

Thanks man! I was happy with my bicep workout today too, which I posted a little while ago. I love these drop sets its making me feel alot better bc its getting me closer weight wise with what Im throwin up at the gym

That's funny as hell man. I've gotta get mentally past the point where I think my humerus is going to break again, when I start going heavy, that's all I can think of

your humerous should def not break from lifting lol is that what happened before?
