Also I did NOT for get to post this above, I decided to post it seperatly so you guys in the "know" could see and read this part and help me out a little with ur take on it.

I was counting some cash from the atm and everytime i put my left arm in that 90 degree angle like when you counting cash, my whole left arm now shakes realy bad, and sometimes a big movement by my left arm all by itself, I was trying to type a little last night and my left hand was resting on the keyboard and my left hand nearly knocked over a coffee cup i had siting about 8 inches from the side of my lap top. And I have had about 3 of these big movements in my left arm without me doing it or controling it, its just an uncontrolable movement out of nowhere.

Question is, anyone ever heard of this, i know we have a couple different orthopedics on here and some other guys in the med field, so any ideas what the fuck my arm is moving by itself for now and why its shaking so bad? ALL NERVE ISSUES??

Could be something as simple as electrolyte imbalance. Magnesium defeciency leads to involuntary movements in the arms.
Is your left arm weak also?

It also could be related to your bulging discs... Do you have numbness and tingling in your arms??

funny you should say that bro, my wife said it looks like that area was more pronounced and i told her i doubt it cause i thought the c5 6 and 7 were lower down, i didnt know c7 was that are that protrudes on everyone when bending ur kneck forward, she said mine looked more pronouced, but again she might just be seeing shit, cause i dont think the discs bulg out that way do they?

I thought they bulg side to side and crush the nerve if ur unlucky, lol

thnx for the info though brutha, been to 3 ortho and even though they showed me the xrays and mri i didnt know what i was actualy looking out, but now that you said c7 is that area that is the base of the kneck, thing is theirs no pain there directly, its the rest of my entire left side that hurts.

Nah the part that sticks out is the spinous process not the disc, but maybe the whole area could be swollen, I hope it starts getting better for you and traction never sounds fun for any part

Not sure but IMO the nerve issues could absolutely making things happen like twitching, numbness etc

Hey bro buldging disks can be overcome without surgery and seriuos shit. Physical therapy works along with chiropractic. You have to relax the muscles first and make it where the spine can be adjusted safely. I have buldging disks bro and they havent given me a hard time in over 3 years. I know of athletes who went through it to, the hardest thing is be patient! It takes time and you will get some muscle atrophy from the limited use. I gained weight and had that then 9 months later i started again after my spine was adjusted by a chiro and physical therapy for back stretches then one day it just like popped in and and felt great. I know plenty that have been there bro and I can ask them anything you want, that may help
