Out of shape...starting over.

It's been awhile since I've been around, but finally getting my ass back into the gym. So far so good except for the fact that weak as shit and out of shape. lol. My priority right now is to drop the ego and start over with light weight and work my way back up. I haven't worked out seriously in almost 2 years. Been through a bad divorce, personal, and financial issues during that time, but I'm finally on the upswing again. Good job, financial situation, and relationship. Now its time to get in shape!

My goal is 205lbs @ 9%. Current stats are 5-9, 190lbs and about 15%bf. I've got a ways to go. I'll probably start a log at some point to track my progress. Anyways, just wanted to show my face and say hi.
 
Also to note I'm probably going to do this clean just to see how far I can push myself. I'm no newbie when it comes to anabolics, but unfortunately they do carry side effects and risks to their use - medically and legally. I may re-evaluate later when I'm closer to my goal, but I figure its good practice to not jump back into things when I'm out of shape like I am.
 
welcome back, doesnt sound like ery hard expectations till I read all natural, and I dont know where you have been in the past but your memory will kick in in a couple months, if you have already been atleast 205 before. Look forward to seeing the log brutha
 
upwards of 230 when I was fat. lol. In good shape around 205-210. The weight shouldn't be an issue its the bodyfat I'm worried about. :(

Well you have a good starting point so thats in your favor 15% isnt that bad, this year I was almost 18% and moved down to 11% I went from 182 18% to 204 at about 15% than cut down to 192 at 11-ish % for a cruise, I feel as long as I dont get another injury or really sick from a virus that next year imma be a monster (for me anyways) Im 5-9 too
 
You won't need the anabolics for a while, you'll be able to make great gains just from getting back into it. It's like starting out all over again at this point
 
Well, first week down. That wasn't so bad, but I have to admit I'm pretty sore. I'll probably do a 4 day rotation for awhile until I get back into the swing of things.

day 1 back/bis
day 2 legs/abs
day 3 chest/tris
day 4 shoulders/abs

Between 5-6 exercises 3 sets each per day - In and out of the gym in 30-40 mins. So far I'm liking the new gym. It's cheap (10 bucks a month. lol.) and not too busy...Plus all the equipment is brand new. Definitely not the best gym I've been to, but its got everything I need.
 
sometimes...lol. The 2nd day after my bicep workout was so bad I couldn't straighten my arms completely. Luckily its fading away now. Just in time for next week. :)

Honestly though...it does feel good being back.
