Question, I have been pinning tren e at 200 mgs twice a week and test p at 100 mgs eod. Would it be all the same if I went to dosing the tren once a week so I dont have to pin as much. Thanks.
 
thanks, was hoping it wouldnt be a big deal. I dont mind the shots, I try to keep it in my quads and glutes so I run outta spots quickly pinning 5 times a week. Im on my 3rd week of tren e and test p and Im starting to see pretty good results and didnt want to mess anything up. Sitting at 204 right now, trying to get to 230 by the end of the cycle.

Like Perfect said, just add it to one stick so that you can cut back on the number of times you need to pin. I wouldn't change anything else if you didn't have to

Long way from where I wanna be, buts it's about the journey not the destination. Eating is my biggest hurdle, can't seem to eat enough to put on lean mass.

Long way from where I wanna be, buts it's about the journey not the destination. Eating is my biggest hurdle, can't seem to eat enough to put on lean mass.

Diet is ALWAYS the hardest part to cutting or bulking, don't feel bad, there's many out there suffering the same problem
 
LOL, its true, you can kill yourself in the gym but if the diet isnt there then your just spinning your wheel. Right now Im eating 10 egg whites a day, 1 lb of steak(the leanest i can find), 1 lb of a turkey, meat and potato pie from a bb book i bought, 2 shakes a day, an almond butter and banana sandwich, a banana, 2 servings of carrots and 3 chicken breasts for dinner. Everything is split up into 6 or 7 meals. I dont think its that im not eating enough, its these damn 10 and 12 hour days at work.

sounds like you may be eating a little to clean.
 
Should I consume more fats or carbs? I know my fat intake is really low, almost non existent. I keep my protein around 250 a day, total cals is around 3000. Guess I can start taking that nasty meal replacement shake I got, but man it's horrible.
 
Just basically eat everything you can within reason..Don't go eating McDonalds just to eat, but the fat wouldn't hurt you. You'll want to get the weight on so that your body will be accustommed to that weight and you can always cut the fat off later as long as you're not getting out of control.
 
I am a lot like you in that I have a hard time bringing myself to eat a lot of bad things, but as long as I keep things under control and within reason, I seem to be alright. I don't like having over 10% BF, but sometimes in order to grow you need to get past superficial things and just realize that you can always cut the fat, but it's harder for some to bulk than cut.

I would say both. If you have higher bodyfat, then less carbs than fat.
 
Right now I'm sitting at 14 or 15 % body fat, trying to get to 10, def don't want to go any higher. it shouldn't be too hard with what I'm doing to get to 10% without cardio right?? Def don't want to do cardio because I'm trying to add mass.
 
14-15%? You don't quite look like 14-15% from those pics, you look less than that to me. Anyway, yes, you can get to 10% without cardio. It will just involve heavy training and the right diet. Considering you have tren, that will cut down the bodyfat, too.

as for ur pics busby, u have a good foundation to work with bro and dont be afraid to eat either bro! from the looks of ur body you could use some dirty eating
