Doc has me off all supps for 8 weeks until i get another UGI done to see if my gastritis and ulcer are healed. Im continuing my training, just need some good ideas for post workout food meals that I can pack and bring to work. Any ideas?

my shakes are about 60g protein and 18 carb, I guess I would start by trying to replace those numbers with food. Chicken breast and maybe a half cup brown rice?

you need the fastest acting proteins and carbs you can get for post w/o.
white rice/potatoes. But I'd probably do like some sugary cereal.

yeah fast protein and carbs ... egg whites with cream of wheat (flavored) prob. around 15 egg whites, and 1-2 packs of cream of wheat

damn i dont know if i can pack 15 egg whites with me to work. Cream of wheat I can do, any other protein ideas?

egg whites, chicken breast, turkey. good tasting good for ya. what else? salmon, tuna, swordfish right? what else you guys eat?

Can you do powdered eggs and oats? I don't see why he would say no protein powder... that's the easiest to digest.

I showed him my pro complex tub and with all the bells and whistles in it he said to lay off. I guess if i just went and got straight up whey it wouldnt be that big of a problem?

It may be because its radio opaque, which would affect the upper GI . I feel bad for u having to drink that barium down, ive administered it, but have no intensions of being on the recieving end
