I've seen this wesite before, but never really used it. I don't count calories unless I'm getting ready for a show, otherwise I eat whatever whenever I want. And something seems to be working because I'm not adding any fat

Im pretty bad about that as well. I have food when its infront of me, I do what I call a half diet lol dinners do not count for me, tonight shrimp fetuccine alfredo =)

mmmm speaking of which we just made tacos with ground turkey a few days back, and before that burritos with brown rice and the beans and tomato sauce like how puerto ricans make for rice and beans and potatoes in a casserole with sour cream mixed with rice than the beans and stuff on that, than topped with mex cheese, cooked for about 25 mins in oven than cut out pieces and wrapped with wheat wraps with taco sauce mmmmm
