WOW! .. ok, well since friday i've gained 6lbs, i'm up to 216 now... it's kind of wierd, but overall i look ALOT bigger.... haha... hopefully after I stop replacing a smoke w/ food, I'll have to cut down and drop some BF, and once lung capacity actually increases it looks like i might actually do some cardio...
then again, i'm pretty much bulking anyway, so i'm not complaining.. i wanted to hit 225-230.. i just don't want my BF to go up too high.. i want to cut back down once i get to 230 back to 200-210 and try to hit 8-10% BF max.. and maintain that... if i could do that and stay strong.. i'd very very pleased especially since i'm 5'10.5"
no patches, no gum, no chew, no dip, no nicotine substitutes... cold fuckin' turkey.... and last night, i barely slept at all.... it sucked.... but... fuck it... what's another day w/o sleep... not the first, and won't be the last..
