Today i start my PCT before i get back to training for the Atlantic states in June next year. The pics below are me today, 3 weeks after the Eastern USA which after making some stupid mistakes i did not perform as i expected or sould have performed. Last prep i began around 270 pounds. I dropped down to around 205 pounds. Well this time im staying on my diet from now to the show. Im already back on my diet and im still holding a pretty good level of conditioning. Im doing all of my prep work myself this time. No one knows my body like i do. If i fail this time it will be becaus eof me and no one else. But i wont fail. I will be big this time and shredded. Ill post pics every 2 weeks strating mid January when i finish my PCT of 400iu of HCG daily for 30 days and 100mg of clomid for 30 days. January 21st ill be 18 weeks out and the road to redemption will have begun

Bro, can you get your girl or a friend to snap some shots of you. Doing it yourself is too blurry and distracting. I know how you feel. I did the same thing at the Southern States. I'm taking 2 years off though. I'm staying lean at just under 260 and plan to compete at about 225 or 230 in 2013. I won't be overdieting or over depleting. I also have a very good trainer taking me through every step from now until then. My goal is the overall at the Southern States in 2013 and I'm relatively confident that I can do it. The guy that took it this year was smaller than me (especially in the legs) had a much wider waist and simply took the show based on his extreme conditioning. He was a light heavy.

I think its a good idea your staying closer to yoru contest weight. not everyone can be 50-60lbs over there weight and come in big and ripped. Some people can do it, and not have any issue's...but most can't and will either end up to flat and depleted or not lean enough. I think for most people staying within 30lbs of contest weight is good enough. then you only need a good 15 weeks of dieting to get you to where you need. I wish you luck...and I hope you come back and show everyone that your the real deal...I thnk you have some great potential ...

I think you have some great potential as well ken , you just need to come in ripped to the fucking bone brutha, we know ur legs look good and can be ripped, we just need to see the rest ripped, if you can get to the point where your glutes are striated then everything else will follow!
 
offseason pct

3 more weeks of pct and my short offseason. holding now at 245 completely dry. im holding my conditioning best i can. doing 20 to 25 mins on stepper everyday i sep in the gym. its really helping maintain some sort of conditioing. Jan 22 i return from vaca and i will be 18 weeks from Atlantic states. it will be time to go to work.
 
You are thick as hell. I agree with everything that Chris said though, you'll be a lot better off staying closer to your contest weight
 
16 weeks

16 weeks progress pics. im only going to update at 12 weeks 6 weeks and 2 weeks out from my show, the atlantic states june 2nd in NY. i wont be posting weight because im not weighing myself this prep. Like the old school guys did im just going to use the mirror. Last prep trying to make a certain weight really fucked up my prep. I know ill be a heavy weight so im just going for my all time best conditioning. Starting this prep alot lighter thaan i ever started before. looking for big things this summer. check back in 4 weeks for more updates
 
look good, if I could say anything at this far out, is to work on the chest. Try to bring it up. Maybe some IGF would help with it.
 
12 weeks to redemption day

12 weeks out till atlantic states. start my cutting meds today. anavar, winnie liq, and fat burner. very excited. last 6 weeks were to add a lil muscle and begin the cutting process. finally my tricep is healed and im moving some heavy presses again. 240 this morning. looking for about 1.5 pound to 2 pound loss a week which should put me about 218 pounds show day, but not really tracking weight this prep. just going by mirror. check back in 4 weeks for next update and see the major changes to come.
 
A MUCH better starting point bro...I have heard some talk about you...its all good...(just people say if you come in shape you will be a force)

I'd say you have a bright future, keep it up..come in ripped and win this show
