Second Cycle Wanna Get Lean: Opinions?

Hey Fellas, I'm new here

Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 178lbs
Bodyfat: 17%

First Cycle:
Weeks 1-8: 500mg Test Cyp 300mg Deca

Results:
Gained 25lbs kept 15lbs

Training History:
5 years

Second Cycle:
Weeks 1-9: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-12: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Clen & ECA cycled every 2 weeks

Goals:
  • 10% Bodyfat
  • Maintain Weight
  • Minimum muscle loss

Please tell me what you think, all input is appreciated:)

Why stop the EQ at week 9? Any thoughts of adding tren to this also?

Thanks for the reply, the reason for stopping EQ at week 9 is more of a financial one than anything. I could probably afford to run it for one more week then I would be really pushing my budget.

I've been warned off Tren, I've been told it is for more experienced juicers and it has some nasty sides.

tren can have some nasty sides, but the good thing is, since it's a short esther, if you experience sides, you can stop it. And if you don't try and run too much, it shouldnt' be that bad... maybe 75mg eod.

I'd like to see you run the eq longer as well, since it'll be 4 weeks or so before you even start to see any benefits from it.
 
I agree with everyone. More prop first of all (150 EOD sounds good), EQ longer for reasons that Al put, and adding some tren. Just like it's been stated, if you get the sides - just discontinue.

So I guess I am no help as usual. Just seconding other peoples thoughts. Always a follower, never a leader...

You mentioned you have a budget, if so I doubt you will be able to work any of these ideas in.

If you can only choose one of the 3 suggestions, I'd go with adding more prop. 2nd choice is adding tren to the cycle.

Thanks for the input guys you have been very helpful. Just one question, why do you think I should increase the Prop to 150mg EOD? Is it because of the amount of test I used in my first cycle?

Anyways as we all know lowering bf% is much more about diet than gear, but I'd just like to hold onto what I've got (a fairly decent physique underneath:( ) and shed some of that damn fat!

EQ takes something like 4 weeks to start working well so if you only go 9 weeks you are not going to get that long of a benefit. I would run eq every 4 days for 12 weeks. I ran just eq for 8 weeks every 4 days and I gained 8 lbs. Lost none. Just my input.
 
First make sure you have a good dose of anti-e's in there if you don't already.

Second, I would swap the EQ for Tren.

Your 1st cycle was 500 mg/wk Test cyp


150 mg e/o/d =525 mg/wk AND modt trainees do not get much in the way of results from 100 mg e/o/d
 
Ok guys we are forgetting most important aspect! Diet is the main thing that is going to get you lean the AS will help w/the maintenence of muscle.....Prop/eq/fina/winny is a great cycle for leaning up. The fina and winny together will kill your joints but dries you out nicely and helps w/muscle hardness. They are all correct on running the prop @ 150 eod I like 200 eod but that is me.....
 
yep i agree with the others, 150mg prop eod would be much better, if not you are going down in doseage from your previous cycle.

diet and cardio will be the key, what kind of diet are you planning?
 
Just bumping this thread, haven't been by in a while. I will consider upping the dose to 150mg EOD, but I'm not sure because this will hit my wallet hard.

Harvey: My diet will be high in Protein (50%) moderate in Carbs (30%) and low in Fat (20%).

I use this formula when cutting: bodyweight in lbs x 12 = daily kcals.

I usually taper carbs down through the day, and this time I will try carb rotation.

My cardio consists of 3 x HIIT (Guerilla Cardio) a week, it's worked great for me in the past.

When i'am doing a cutting cycle(as a matter of fact i'am doing one right now ) i boot it up from 0 to 1 hrs cardio per week
awesom results give it a shot .

Try this T82. For me it's the only cardio that really, really kills my leg size, but I may give it a 2nd go round sometime.

I will use what gymrat and I do as an example:

sprint 200 yds(200 meters) walk 220(1lap total)
continue to do this and build up to 20 mins 3 x per week

No matter what shape you are in if you can do 2 laps when you start you are ahead of the game

You will most likely be able to do 6-8 mins whan you start. After 3 weeks look at your definition AND muscle size.
