I would reassess your goals....you want to loose approx. 18lbs of bodyfat while maintaining the same bodywt. whiche means you would have to gainr 18 lbs of muscle. This just isnt going to happen if you are cutting, you have to sacrifice one or the other. The main reason you use AS when cutting is to maintain the muscles you already have very rarely on a cutting cycle will someone gain more than 5lbs of muscle...
