I just took some measurements and I'm right at 160#, 8% bodyfat, 16.5" arms, 27" quads. I just benches 245# for 3 reps, deadlifted 445# yesterday, and I haven't squatted heavy lately but I'm working with 315 for reps at parallel. I wish I was heavier, but I'm happy with everything right now

I wish I was 8% bf and I wish I could still squat 315. The last time I tried with 135 and my left knee felt like it was gonna explode, the part I cant understand is I use 20 45lbs on the leg press everytime, someone explain that.

Around 5 foot 7 or 8...

As for your knee bro, you're probably just not sitting back when you squat and putting the weight on your knees instead of your hips

Didn't you say you use to powerlift? That seems like powerlifting strength at that weight. Do you want to be that light? 8% is lean for offseason. I don't know what my height is. If I had to guess I'd say 5'9, but there is no way I could move that weight at your weight.

Yea I powerlifted in the past and I don't really want to be this lean, Its just been one of those things. But since my strength is still there it doesn't bother me as much

That is great strength, Big. Also, 16.5 inch arms for 160 pounds is very good. I've been around 160 most of my life and my arms were about 14 inches. Even at 180, I was at 15.5 inches. I'm over 190 now and I need to measure again, but they are probably still not 16.5.
