Starting IGF next Monday

So if one arm is behind in strength and size how should I approach it while on IGF so I don't end up with 1 massive arm

train it a little hard i would imagine bro, is it something thats very noticable in that it looks alot smaller and is alot weaker, or is it just somehting u notice but not so noticable to others?

Yea you can notice it because thats the arm with the elbow that was operated on etc. Its not the same as my right when it comes to strength either, but its came a looong way and I want to start IGF already.

Should I do an extra exercise for my smaller/weaker arm?
 
You'll probably just have to hold back on the weight with the good arm until the bad one catches up. If you are curling 20's or whatever and it is super easy on the right arm, but difficult on the left, you'll just have to keep it that way until the left arm is ready to move up to higher weights.
 
I dont remember how much I used in my 1 vile. maybe a couple weeks worth. Is it worth finishing up the vile now? Might last 6 weeks? Or do I need to buy more?
 
If you are planning 40 mcg 5x a week, that is 200 mcg a week. So, one full bottle would be 5 weeks worth. I'd use up what you have left, even if it's only a few weeks worth.
 
Never started the cycle I wanted to earlier on, but I have been working out every since. Upped the weight and my left arm is catching up, Im doing more exercises and all and getting stronger overall, but still sticking to DBs...tried BB bench press and shoulder press and idk I guess I can start adding it in my normal routine I just want my arms to be even before doing more BB. Am I being a little girl and should I just start BB? Its not that theres pain, I just think its not smart to since the slight inbalance.

I just didnt want to waste the IGF. Am I worrying too much about starting IGF. I think I want to be TOO PERFECT. Need support or guidance on starting IGF.
 
If your arms are slightly different sizes, IGF can help up the slacking arm. It certainly helped me with bringing up lagging parts. My bis are still off, but it's a work in progress
 
Applying directly to the muscle trained will yield better results, but if you apply to the lower midsection you should still be good to go
 
Yeah, I think it would help. Or, only apply a small amount to the weak arm if you want to try that.
 
Why on other sites people dont shoot igf subq and ONLY do it IM???

Alot of guys think it getts into the blood stream better this way and im builds themuscle better where as subq sheds the fat better in my personal experience.

Plus subq leaves nots for a few days when not done deep enough, but theirs nothing wrong with either as u can tell from reading theis forums as guys do it both ways with success either way

Appreciate the explanation. It would be too much of a hassle for me to do IM on the muscle group I workout.

I just want to bring my left arm up...and obviously get bigger from the igf :rolleyes:
